INFORMATION

Introduction:

Chamfuta Holiday Villa is situated on Inhaca Island in Mozambique. The villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and offers breathtaking 180 degree views of Maputo Bay. Inhaca and Portuguese Islands boast beautiful, deserted beaches, stunning coral reefs and amazing marine life such as Turtles, Dugongs, Dolphins and Whales in the winter months.

Staff:
The Villa is serviced every day by the cleaning staff, and guests are hosted by the Villa Manager who assists with shopping, activities and excursions.

Bedrooms:
The main house has three bedrooms, of which two are en suite. The third bedroom is in the open loft and has its own separate bathroom.
There are two en suite garden chalets which each sleep two people, as well as an en suite cottage that can sleep two people.
All bedrooms have fans and mosquito nets over the beds. All linen and towels are provided for by Chamfuta, and there is a daily cleaning and laundry service.

Lounge:
Chamfuta Villa has a large and comfortable living area with a TV, DSTV bouquet, Wi Fi Internet access and an 8 seater dining room table.

Kitchen:
Accommodation at Chamfuta is self-catering. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with filtered water and an Ice Machine, as well as 2 fridges and freezers.

Facilities and Activities:
Chamfuta Villa has a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble-drier. Guests can enjoy the large swimming pool with amazing views over the bay, and a big garden full of incredible bird life. The Villa has an outdoor patio with a barbeque/braai area and a fire pit. Chamfuta provides a qualified skipper on a small W20 boat (fuel excluded) for trips to Portuguese Island, Santa Maria and to explore the mangroves. There are two double kayaks for guests to enjoy. A meal at one of the restaurants in the Village is highly recommended, as well as curio shopping and shopping for delicious exotic fruit and vegetables at the market. Deep sea fishing can be arranged for guests who do not have their own boat.
